UNDP Vietnam seeks 01 qualified International Consultant for Development of project documentation for UNDP regarding AusAID’s Enhanced Humanitarian Response Initiative (EHRI) and continuation of support to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in disaster risk management.
The objectives of this assignment are:
· To develop necessary the project documentation (a Detailed Project Outline, DPO – See Annex 1-a) for the outputs and activities to be supported by the EHRI assistance in close complementarity and coherence to the project continuation of UNDP’s assistance to MARD in DRM, focusing on community based approaches;
· To prepare for UNDP, three inter-linked, comprehensive, coherent, complementary and synergistic narrative and financial documents with each of the non-government partners for the utilization of the EHRI funding support from AusAID.
The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
