UNDP Vietnam seeks 02 qualified National Experts for review of legal framework on women’s land rights.
The main objective of this consultancy is to review of the current policy and legal framework relevant to women’s land rights in Viet Nam, including but not limited to the areas of civil law, land law and gender-equality law, in order to identify existing inconsistencies and loopholes in the normative framework and in effect, potential obstacles to implement and enforce the legal norms.
The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
