UNDP Vietnam seeks Technical and Financial proposals from qualified national individual consultants or consultants assigned by firms/institutions to conduct research on human rights curriculum and human rights education currently at law universities of Vietnam.
The general objectives of the assignment are:
• To study the actual situation of the education of human rights in the law universities in Viet Nam.
• To evaluate the effectiveness of the human rights education in the law universities.
• To make the recommendations in order to strengthen the quality of the education and dissemination of the human rights knowledge in the coming time.
The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
