In order to support poor families, cooperatives and private agricultural enterprises handling this problem, NAV is implementing a pilot renewable energy project in Vinh Hai and Phong Binh communes with a series of solutions e.g. building single- and multi-users biogas plants, using efficient energy stoves, producing organic fertilizer from argricultural waste, producing biomas fuel from rice husk and applying biogas for farm machines.

NAV is therefore seeking to recruit a consultant with substantial experience in climate change mitigation, gender and baseline data. The consultant will be responsible for conducting one baseline study on renewable energy in the two selected communes.
