Quỹ Bảo tồn Việt Nam (VCF) là một trong bốn tổ chức thuộc Dự án Phát triển Nông nghiệp của Ngân hàng Thế giới. VCF hiện đang cần tuyển 1 tư vấn, 1 kế toán và 3 phiên dịch tiếng Anh. Hạn chót nhận hồ sơ: 20-03-2009. Thông tin chi tiết như sau:
1. A short-term consultant on development of a Special Use Forest (SUF) Management Plan -Development of links between the SUF Investment Project and SUF Operational Management Plan (OMP)
Requirements:
– At least a Master degree in a conservation related subject or natural resource management and some background in economics;
– Have firsthand experience of developing international standard OMP;
– More than 10 years with at least 3 years in project planning and management. Experience of conservation or development projects;
– Knowledge of the government investment planning requirements; demonstrated knowledge of international standard approaches to conservation management planning;
– Strong analytical, organizational, and writing skills; Good communication and co-operation skills; Good computer skills; and English is literate.
– Working experience in large-scale projects or multi-donor funded projects is preferable, and willingness to travel to and within remote areas of the country.
2. Accountant (01 staff)
Responsible for financial management for small-grants funded by VCF, and preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
Requirements:
– University degree in accounting, finance or related fields;
– Knowledge in administrative an accounting procedures of the Government and/or World Bank;
– At least 5 years of solid experience of budgeting, planning and reporting on ODA projects;
– Senior-level experience in financial management;
– Good command of English;
– Good knowledge of a computer-based accounting software and good command of computer skills.
3. English interpreters (03 staff)
Serves as interpreter/translator in all meetings of the RTA office and in the field for project experts and consultants as required.
Requirements:
– University degree of English major or relevant;
– Good knowledge of relevant technical terminology and experience in a natural resources field or in rural community development;
– At least 3 years of interpretation and translation in English and Vietnamese and familiar with administrative procedures;
– Good knowledge of computers.
4. Location and duration:
– The consultant and accountant work at Hanoi-based VCF office
– Interpreters works at Regional Technical Groups offices either in the North (
– Frequently go to the field in other provinces
Selected consultant will work for 4 months and the accountant and interpreters will experience a probation of 3 months. The contract may extend over 2 years.
