Quỹ Quốc tế Bảo vệ Thiên nhiên (WWF) – Chương trình Việt Nam cần tuyển tư vấn Chương trình Văn phòng Xanh (GO) làm việc tại Đà Nẵng và TP. Hồ Chí Minh.

WWF is one of the world’s largest and most respected independent conservation organizations, with almost 5 million supporters and a global network active in over 100 countries. WWF’s mission is to stop the degradation of the earth’s natural environment and to build a future in which humans live in harmony with nature, by conserving the world’s biological diversity, ensuring that the use of renewable natural resources is sustainable, and promoting the reduction of pollution and wasteful consumption.

WWF Vietnam Country Programme is one country component of the WWF Greater Mekong and is the implementing arm for projects in Vietnam mainly in Central Annamites, Southern Annamites and the Mekong Delta. Their major activities focus on Freshwater, Forestry, Marine and Aquaculture, Agriculture and Agroforestry, Policy and Advocacy.

They are currently seeking for an well-qualified and experienced candidate to fill a position of Green Office Consultant. The Consultant will assist the Coms unit in performing specific duties upon the coms manager’s requirement.

Main responsibilities:

The Green Office Consultant position reports to Corporate Relations Officer of WWF Vietnam with the following responsibilities:

– Introduce and promote Green Office (GO) Program to 10 potential companies in 3 months in HCMC and Da Nang;

– Recruit at least 1 more Green Office member a month and be in-charge of other related Green Office activities in HCMC & Da Nang city;

– Support activities of Green Office Program, including co-ordinating and organizing; workshops/trainings or other related activities in HCMC and Danang city.

Main tasks:

– Carries out all aspects of the certification process including but not exclusive to; GO introduction workshops, EMS development, GO inspection, and related activities;

– Provides support to the member organisations in the development and maintenance of the EMS;

– Strengthens current relationships with the corporate sector and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction;

– Maintains good working relations with all partners to keep them aware of Green Office program and to seek feedback from them for continuous improvement;

– Develops potential member list and corporate database in HCMC & Danang City with a wide range of contacts with organisations and individuals.

Outcomes:

– 10 reports on GO introduction verified by visited companies will be available after every 3 month contract;

– Record on phone calls to potentials businesses/organization every week;

– 1 GO Contract with one company/organization will be signed/month;

– A potential individual and corporate list and corporate database will be available after every 3 month contract.

Qualifications and Experience:

– University degree, major in environment or marketing;

– Good relations/contacts with local and international corporates in HCMC and Da Nang City;

– Good marketing and negotiation skills;

– 3 years experience working on environmental related issues with good background on environment;

– Good knowledge of computer (office applications such as Excel, Word,…);

– Good interpersonal communications;

– Good knowledge of English;

– Enthusiasm towards conservation activities.
