The UNDP Viet Nam seeks 01 International consultant or 01 national consultant to conduct UN Communications Team Client Satisfaction Survey .
The One UN Communications Team was established in late 2006 as a ‘pilot-within-a-pilot’ under the One UN Initiative in Viet Nam. This unique reform initiative brings together a team of communications specialists from UNDP, UNFPA, UNICEF, UNAIDS and UNV, working together under a single manager. The team follows a common work plan and sits together in the same office to support the UN-wide advocacy and communication agenda, the internal and external communication needs of the One UN Initiative in Viet Nam, and the agency-specific communication needs of the five participating organizations.
In order to assess the current effectiveness and efficiency of the One UN Communications Team and provide recommendations for improvement of existing services as well as to better define the role that the Team will play to assist effective implementation of the next One Plan, the UN Communications Team Management Board is to support a client satisfaction survey targeting at “the clients” who have been receiving services from the Team to date.
One international consultant or one national consultant will be required to conduct the survey. The assignment will include the following key objectives:
- · To assess client’s views for activities and services provided by UN Communications Team and improvements made to date based on key findings from earlier surveys;
- ·To collect feedback and comments of clients for further improving existing services;
- ·To map the existing communication capacity in the UN system in Viet Nam in addition to the One UN Communications Team
