JOB VACANCIES

World Vision Vietnam (WVV) invites competent Vietnamese candidates for the following positions:

1. MANAGER (01 position) working for the Area Development Program (ADP) in Cam Thuy district, Thanh Hoa province.

Area Development Program (ADP) is an approach to child focused development, emphasizing the process of community participation, sustainability, and integrating activities in the areas of food security, agriculture, micro-enterprise, health, nutrition, education, water, and sanitation.

Main Responsibilities: To lead the ADP Team in working with the community to design project plan, to implement project activities, to monitor and evaluate progress, and to transfer the ownership of the development of the ADP to the community members.

Requirements:
University graduate in any field, preferably in education, health, community development, or social studies.
At least 3 years relevant work experience in community development including demonstrated capacity in program management.
Well-developed representation and negotiation skills.
Experience in managing and supervising staff, with strong liaison and interpersonal skills.
Well-developed writing and oral communications skills in English.

2. FINANCE OFFICER/ BOOKKEEPER (1 position) working for the Area Development Program (ADP) in Quan Son district, Thanh Hoa province.

Main Responsibilities: The position assists the ADP Manager in maintaining the books of accounts and other financial records of the project & adhering to the financial standards of World Vision financial system to ensure accountability.

Requirements:
University or College degree in accounting and finance.
Good knowledge of and work experience in accounting.
Ability to use Excel spreadsheet.
Basic English skills with good reading skills.

3. PROJECT ASSISTANT ? Health (1 position) working for the Area Development Program in Ba Thuoc district, Thanh Hoa province.

4. PROJECT ASSISTANT ? Capacity Building cum Monitoring and Evaluation (1 position) working for the Area Development Program in Ba Thuoc district, Thanh Hoa province.

5. PROJECT ASSISTANT ? Agriculture (1 position) working for the Area Development Program in Quan Son district, Thanh Hoa province.

6. PROJECT ASSISTANT ? Education (2 positions) working for the Area Development Program in Ba Thuoc district and Quan Son district, Thanh Hoa province.

Main Responsibilities:
To assist the ADP Manager in planning, managing, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the relevant project activities to achieve stipulated objectives.

Requirements:
University/College graduate in Public Health or Medicine (for position 3), Pedagogy, Sociology, Business Administration or Economics (for position 4), Agriculture (for position 5), Pedagogy (for position 6).
At least 1year relevant or community development working experience.
Basic English skills with good reading skills.

Common requirements for all positions:
Good computer skills (word processing, excel).
Work at district level.
World Vision Vietnam is a Christian non-government organization.
