EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY

The Vietnam Conservation Fund (VCF) is one of the four components of the Forest Sector Development Project funded by a number of partner donors and managed by the World Bank. The VCF is run by the Forest Protection Department (FPD) under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. The Vietnam Conservation Fund is now seeking a qualified and dynamic individual for the following position:

Title: Administrator

Responsibility for running errands for the VCF Secretariat Office, including providing administrative services to support the management of four technical assistance packages; copying, filing, collecting documents; provides office support to the VCF Secretariat staff; delivers letters and corespondent. (Detailed of the Terms of References can be obtained as request).

Number of assignment: 01

Duration: 33 months

Requirement:

Knowledge: University degree with a good knowledge of relevant administrative experiences in a natural resources field or in rural community development are preferred.

Experience: At least three years of experiences in clerical work and in office procedures. Experience in ODA Project is preferred.

Skills and Abilities: This position requires good knowledge of English and Vietnamese. Good command of computer skills. Demonstrate ability to work effectively as a member of a team and willingness to work outside normal hours and to work overtime when required.

Duty Station: Hanoi based but with frequent travel to the identified protected areas in the whole country.
