– Duty station PNKB Region Project AHT CO in Dong Hoi, Quang Binh, Vietnam

– Starting date a.s.a.p.
– Ending date duration 4 years at 10 months/year
Requirements/Qualifications
● University degree, preferably at least B.Sc. equivalent, in social or community forestry, agro-forestry, natural resource management, community development
● At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
● At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in (development of) community forestry management in Vietnam.
● Thorough understanding of community forestry in the Vietnamese context, relevant regulatory/legal and policy framework, institutional setting and mandates at national and provincial level.
● Experience in micro-finance projects/programs is an advantage.
● Good command of word processing and spread sheets.
● Good command of English.
● Experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural team;
● High integrity and transparency in his/her working routines;
● Experience in Vietnam-German development cooperation projects (particularly KfW) is an advantage
The assignment is for three or four years, with an annual extendable contract and an initial probation period of three months. Mobilisation is as soon as possible.
