Recruitment Administrative Assistant
Sustainable Rural Development (SRD) is a Vietnamese NGO which inherits experience of CIDSE Vietnam?s 27 years working in poverty alleviation in Vietnam. We empower disadvantaged communities in rural and mountainous areas to sustainably manage their own livelihood systems, regardless of ethnic group, gender or religious belief.
SRD works on sustainable agriculture and livelihoods, such as conservation and development of local seed varieties and medicinal plants, participatory irrigation management (PIM), Integrated Pest Management (IPM), community based organizations (CBOs) and local governance.
We are now seeking to recruit a Vietnamese citizen for the position of Administrative Assistant, based in Hanoi.
Overall responsibility:
Managing office logistics (receiving office?s phone calls, fax, email; writing minutes for staff meeting, car and travel arrangement, call for office equipment maintenance services, managing cashier, library and keep records of staff?s leave request)
Qualifications required:
– Good spoken and written English
– Experience with administrative works
– Strong ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks and organizational skills and deadline oriented.
– Team spirit, flexibility and commitment
– Strong Microsoft Excel, Word skills
Remuneration
– Compliant with Vietnamese Labor Codes and other regulations
